The most valuable thing you can send is a correction. If a price is out of date, an inclusion is misdescribed, or an official source contradicts a claim on one of these pages, that should be fixed.
Email address#
No contact address is published on this site yet. A real mailbox has not been provisioned, and this site will not print an invented one. The address is a deployment configuration value, so it will appear here as soon as one is set.
What makes a report usable#
Include these and the report can usually be acted on directly
- The page URL and the specific claim.
- The operator page you are comparing it against.
- The date you looked, and roughly what time zone.
- Whether the operator's own site says something different now — that is the strongest possible evidence.
What else is welcome#
- A specific attraction where the ticket decision is genuinely confusing and the official sources are readable. That is the best kind of suggestion, because the site only expands where the same method produces something useful.
- A published statement from an operator that contradicts something here. Links to the operator's own page are preferred over any description of it.
- A question this site failed to answer. A question nobody answered is a gap worth naming.
What cannot be answered here#
- Bookings, refunds, changes and ticket problems. This site does not sell tickets and is not a booking provider. Those questions go to the operator or the seller named on your ticket.
- Which listing you should buy. The guides set out the structure of each option so you can decide. The commercial decision, and any third-party purchase, is yours.
- Personalised itineraries. No individual trip planning is offered.
